Pro Friends Philippine real estate developer SCAM please share

Hi sir/mam, I took this video yesterday (november 28; 3pm) at Pro-Friends/Lancaster head office at 55 Tinio Street Brgy. Addition Hills Mandaluyong City.

We arrived in their office 11am to talk to the Chairman and demand for full refund but they called barangay captain and police from mandaluyong to threaten us to leave the office. But all 26 complainants did not leave their head office, until now we are still here and asking for your assistance.
